SOLUTION:
It was important to highlight the beauty and craftsmanship
of their
top of the line product so the revised Kamaka Ukulele's marketing
materials feature dramatic images from Bud Muth Photography.
The
design needed to reflect the quality of that craftsmanship
and work
harder for the promoting the product. We added posters, catalogs,
brochures and trade show graphics to their ability and really
took
the showcasing of the ukuleles to the next level.
It’s working ... as sales and response to the product
have been
climbing steadily. And the work has also won an Award of
Excellence in the Hawaii Advertising Federation's PELE Awards.

John Wingard's work is always gorgeous, and this is no exception.
The new marketing pieces all present a luxurious and tasteful
color palette, logo, product detail, and a coordinated style
and color scheme that will aid in establishing brand identity
for Kamaka Ukulele. The old marketing materials might leave
someone wondering if it were the same company, under the
same management... and... wondering something about the product.
Everything is now covered in the new materials, and the photos,
type, layout and colors are so lush and meticulous that one
truly feels a Kamaka Ukulele is an exquisite musical instrument.
