Compli-Serve, a start up, came to us with the brief of creating brand from scratch — No art work, Marketing material, Premises (started from home) — logo etc et. He was a one man show, but needed to look bigger and more professional and established than he was (as he was playing in the corporate mkt) At the same time not be too misleading as to get himself into trouble by not being able to deliver on what was promised

The solution included a phased approach: logo, banners, letterheads, a small targeted website (with planned site revamps) and a whole bunch of functionality to go live at intervals as the company potentially got bigger. Started by giving information away for free at the same time building subscription based software to kick in when the time was ripe. Quick turn around of website updates.

We hlped grow the business from one man show to 3 employees (within 8 months) and 5 partners through out South Africa. Gave his clients and potential what they wanted to see and became their preferred source of information. Enabled Compli Serve to play in a far bigger Mkt than they thought possible
