Background:

H. Krueger and Associates, a Vancouver-based independent consulting firm specializing in economic analysis of evolving health programs and technologies, contacted us to discuss a redesign of their corporate website. The client had recently completed various health research projects, and when they announced the results to the public, they wanted a fresh, new, and useful site from which users could download the research reports.

The original Krueger and Associates website was suffering from poor page layout and organization, and was very generic-looking (FrontPage template). The site did not reflect the importance or impact of the work the client was undertaking in the health care industry in the province of British Columbia. Some of the content was outdated, and the website was not generating the kind of interest or traffic the client was seeking.
