Background:
This make-over project was for a Chiropractor who was having
a hard time with the larger Chiropractors in his area. When
looking at his current card, there
was nothing visual to capture how or what the end result
of treatments with him
could be for a patient, so that's how I wanted to approach
this. My biggest challenge
was trying to match the blue he currently had. He
wanted to stay with the same blue and he had no idea
what it was or where he ordered it from. He also wanted
to stay
with the fold-over card.

Solution:
We managed to get a blue that was pretty much on the money.
We scaled
the card size down a bit and took out a LOT of text and highlighted
some major parts of his services with bullet points and alternated
different color blues. We used two visuals of people doing
physical routines to give the client the idea, "Hey
if you come here for treatment, you could do this too!" sort
of feel.
The Chiropractor was thrilled and just called this week
to meet with me on a brochure design.

Alina's Feedback:
Maryann's new design succeeds in giving a more
organic, lively, and inspirational feel to the Chiropractor's
practice. As I sit here slumped over my keyboard, back aching,
I keep thinking about how I need some services like his.
The new card would entice me more than the previous version.
