Background:
Back in January I got a call late one afternoon it was from
the president of a company called EasyClosets.com. He had seen
some work of mine and enjoyed my web site and was interested
in having me help them with a new ad campaign. We talked for
a bit as I viewed their current web site. He then agreed
to send me all the marketing material they've done to that
point
for me to audit and reference in drawing up a quote.
After I looked
at all the pieces he mailed me, the most apparent need
was a new identity. This company did spectacular work
but none of their marketing materials
reflected that same level of
craftsmanship or precision. Another thing I noticed was they
were spending serious money on advertising in major publications
nationwide.
The scope of an entire ad campaign was a bit intimidating
so Glitschka Studios partnered with Think Tank Creative
out of Louisiana, two absolutely amazing ad guys I've been
friends
with for several years now, and we brainstormed a plan of
attack then pitched the idea to the client.
It was the single
largest job I've ever quoted for, so when the client
called back and approved it, I was a bit in
shock but
very excited to get started.
