Portland, Oregon - Jeff Fisher, the Engineer of Creative Identity for the Portland, Oregon firm Jeff Fisher LogoMotives, recently served on the panel judging the 2005 Summit Creative Awards. In their 11th year, The Summit Creative Awards, have been established as one of the premier arbiters of creative excellence. The international awards were created to recognize exceptional work by marketing creative firms including advertising agencies, video production companies, multimedia firms and other creative groups with annual billings of $20 million or less.
Also in LogoMotives news, Jeff’s identity design work is featured in Volumes One and Two of “New Logo: A collection of corporate identities.” Produced by Singapore publisher Page One, the books feature hundreds of logos from around the world displayed according to the industry represented. Chen Ci Liang was the editor of the projects.
Volume One includes the logos for Portland, OR hairstylist Jeff Maul; the Yachats, OR cyber business administration firm Virtual Office; and the icon for the Fontana, CA web presence DataDork.com. Identities for the Portland telecommunications firm American Telecom and the triangle productions! theatrical production “The Food Chain” are featured in Volume Two of the collection.
