Toot! Toot!*:  bLog-oMotives pulls out of the station
Jeff Fisher, the Engineer of Creative Identity for the design firm Jeff Fisher LogoMotives, has joined the blogosphere with his graphics-related cyber journal bLog-oMotives. According to Fisher, the blog will be made up of "Tips, trips, observations, clickety-clacks, & an occasional 'toot!' along the tracks from Jeff Fisher LogoMotives." The blog may be accessed at:

Fisher plans to write original pieces for bLog-oMotives, link to online articles about various aspects of design, post book reviews, and include mentions of design-related items found on the Internet or during his travels. The blog has already been featured on ORblogs, Oregon's Independent Weblog Community and the site Designers Who Blog, which highlights design blogs from around the world.

Jeff Fisher has received over 475 regional, national and international graphic design awards for his logo and corporate identity efforts. His work is featured in more than 75 publications on the design of logos, the business of graphic design, and small business marketing.

Fisher is a member of the HOW Magazine Editorial Advisory Board and is also on the 2006 HOW Design Conference Advisory Council. His book, “The Savvy Designer's Guide to Success,” was released by HOW Design Books in late 2004.  More information about Jeff Fisher LogoMotives is available at
