My client was not happy with her current designer at the time who had created a really confusing website. The nav was redundant and content was not organized and the design/layout was confusing and overwhelming.

I reworked the content of the entire site. In short, I cut out the unnecessary and outdated items , condensed the important information and reworked the nav elements. I added other items to entice users (adopt a pet profile on most subpages and featured cat on the homepage) and created a solid look and feel.

The client is thrilled with the look and feel and the ease of use. There has also been an increase of adopted Second Chance homeless cats since the launch. The success stories section has also picked up speed and many people even years after adopting their cat from Second Chance submit their success stories so that they are shown on the site.br>
